Week One

This week we'll work on releasing what isn't serving you that may be blocking you from vibrant health and happiness and I'll help you replace those unhelpful habits with nourishing practices designed to cultivate peace and joy. I'll walk you step by step on how to clarify your priorities and how to recognize what you truly value so you can start creating the life you want.

Week Two

Grounding Practices

and Foods

Grounding practices help you to feel more balanced, centered, and have a sense of peace and calm. This week we'll learn about foods that naturally ground you and other grounding practices that can help you feel more clarity, connected, and present in your daily life.  

Week Three


and Rejuvenation

I’ll show you how important it is to practice self care and how easily you can incorporate it into your life regularly and consistently to feel rejuvenated, satisfied, and restored. We'll learn about how to nurture yourself with kindness and self compassion.

A Well

Balanced Life

Learn to give yourself what you really need and show up for yourself to increase your confidence, peace, resilience, and energy. Be stronger and healthier in all your relationships including your relationship with yourself. Before we finish our month together, we'll take a look at each area of your life and see where you are feeling unbalanced or unhappy. Then we'll craft a plan of action to help you balance those areas of your life as you move forward.

I’m Shonda Palmer and I’m a certified Wellness Coach and trained meditation teacher who helps women just like you to feel greater peace, joy, and presence by quieting the mind of negative self talk with mindfulness and meditation.

I put this program together to make it EASY for women who take care of everyone but themselves get back on track with their happiness and wellness goals. I know how difficult it can be to make these lifestyle changes when you’re a busy women stretched thin, tired, and overwhelmed with stress.
