I'm Shonda, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and meditation teacher. I help women who are stressed and overwhelmed find greater peace, calm, and happiness by teaching them how to quiet the mind with mindfulness meditation and put an end to unhealthy habits. My coaching will help you leverage self-care and self-compassion practices to feel more balanced and better equipped to deal with life's challenges. You've taken care of everyone else—now it's time to take care of you!

In the 6 week Short Course of Mindful Self-Compassion, you will discover (or rediscover) what it feels like to live a life that feels meaningful and peaceful.
