I'm Shonda, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I help women who are stressed and overwhelmed find greater peace, joy, and happiness in their lives by teaching them how to quiet the mind and put an end to unhealthy habits. My coaching will help you leverage mindfulness and self-compassion to feel more balanced and better equipped to deal with life's challenges. You've taken care of everyone else—now it's time to take care of you!
